Are you California State licensed?

Yes, this course is LICENSED by the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and accepted by all Counties/Courts in California.

Will the California court accept this traffic school course?

Yes! Every County/Court will accept this defensive driving course. By completing this course you'll be able to dismiss points from a ticket that you have received.

Will you submit my certificate to the DMV?

Yes. Upon course completion we electronically notify the DMV and the court of your completion. You are not required to notify them. We will also provide you with a completion receipt for your records that you can download immediately upon completion.

Will you submit my Record of Completion to the court?

No. We only submit completion records to the CA DMV. We do not notify the courts directly. It is your sole responsibility to notify the court if that's required.
